Air Fryer Scallops

Air Fryer Scallops 

These scallops are easy to make and healthy with air frying.  Lightly seasoned with garlic butter, it’s a slightly modern taste to basic broiled scallops

Cook Time 10 minutes

  • Air Fryer 
  • Oil Sprayer for Cooking 

 

Ingredients


  • 2 pounds Angelica Seafoods fresh, all natural scallops 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • ½ teaspoon pepper 
  • 1 stick butter 
  • 2 clove garlic minced 
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice 
  • 2 teaspoon chopped fresh chives 

 

Instructions

 

  1. Rinse scallops and pat dry thoroughly.  
  2. Season the scallops with salt and pepper on both sides. 
  3. Prepare the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the scallops in the basket, evenly apart.  
  4. Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and flip over halfway through cooking.  
  5. While the scallops are cooking, melt the butter in a small stovetop pan. While it is melting, add garlic. Add the lemon juice and chives and stir together. 
  6. When the scallops are done, plate them and drizzle the lemon garlic butter over it.
  7. Serve immediately.
