Air Fryer Scallops
These scallops are easy to make and healthy with air frying. Lightly seasoned with garlic butter, it’s a slightly modern taste to basic broiled scallops

Ingredients
- 2 pounds Angelica Seafoods fresh, all natural scallops
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 stick butter
- 2 clove garlic minced
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
Instructions
- Rinse scallops and pat dry thoroughly.
- Season the scallops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Prepare the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the scallops in the basket, evenly apart.
- Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and flip over halfway through cooking.
- While the scallops are cooking, melt the butter in a small stovetop pan. While it is melting, add garlic. Add the lemon juice and chives and stir together.
- When the scallops are done, plate them and drizzle the lemon garlic butter over it.
- Serve immediately.
